They're a company that gives back to charity and started different foundations : such as whole planet foundation and also whole kids foundation. While the  store donations provide the backbone for the  community giving, They also give back to the larger national and global community. The  Whole Planet Foundation fights poverty through micro-lending in rural communities around the world. It provides  a good deal of the funding for the loans and underwrite the administrative costs so every dollar donated goes directly to those who need it most. I feel and believe that is a tremendous and good thing that whole foods is doing. "Whole Planet Foundation's mission is poverty alleviation in developing-world communities where Whole Foods Market® sources products."  The also have another one named Whole kids foundation . Whole Kids Foundation's mission is to improve children's nutrition. Whole Kids Foundation provides free resources and activities  for families and teachers  all designed to help parents start healthy conversations at home and pack more nutrition and fun into every bite. These activities include hands on crafts ,KIDS book Clubs and better bites .
